ABOUT PHEC
HISTORY
The PENNSYLVANIA HOLOCAUST EDUCATION COUNCIL, PHEC, is a tax-exempt corporation underSection 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. It began in 1985 as an outreach effort of the Philadelphia Jewish Community Relations Council and was previously sponsored by the Pennsylvania Jewish Coalition and Gratz College.
